KOS International Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a sizeable frontline workforce across multiple retail locations in Hong Kong. The role combines HR business partnering with HR operations, employee relations, and people projects under the supervision of the Senior HR Manager.

The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of HR experience, strong stakeholder management, and a service-oriented mindset. Experience in retail or consumer sectors is highly advantageous.

Formación

• Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 8-12 years of HR experience with solid HRBP or HR Generalist exposure.
• Experience partnering with frontline or customer-facing business units.
• Strong employee relations, HR operations, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, consumer, F&B, luxury retail, beauty, lifestyle, or related sectors will be highly advantageous.
• Exposure to incentive scheme, commission structure, or reward-related projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with retail stakeholders and people managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Support employee relations cases, performance issues, resignations, and contract renewals.
• Provide end-to-end HR operational support for the retail population.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on frontline hiring needs when required.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and management updates.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Participate in compensation, incentive, and commission-related projects.
• Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Support ad hoc HR transformation and business improvement projects.
