Job summary

安永EY in Hong Kong seeks Manager/Senior/Staff within People Advisory Services – Global Mobility to handle Chinese personal income tax returns, documentation, and advisory work for multinational clients.

You will prepare, with guidance, Chinese personal tax deliverables, perform research, communicate with clients and authorities, and coach junior staff. Experience in cross-border mobility and HK tax rules is preferred; full-time, experienced recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with at least 1 year of compliance and consulting experience in personal tax, compensation and benefits.
• Strong understanding of tax concepts relevant to personal tax compliance.
• Ability to work in a team, be energetic, mature and flexible.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English or Japanese.
• For China position, Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technically accurate Chinese individual income tax returns with proper supporting docs.
• Handle file documentation and retention including notes for reviewers.
• Conduct research using legislation, databases and publications with guidance.
• Communicate with clients and authorities for business requests.
• Prepare advisory memos.
• Review staff work and coach team members.
