Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior HR leader to drive talent strategies and policies, recruit high-caliber employees, and act as a business partner for key functions. The role oversees administration services and HR system initiatives while preparing management reports.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR management with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and will lead a 5-day work week with structured hours in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience in HR management & administration.
• At least 8 years experience with at least 3 years in managerial grade.
• Oversee and manage full spectrum of Administration Services.
• 5-day work week with consistent working hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent strategies, policies and procedures.
• Performs all spectrum of recruiting high caliber qualified employees.
• Act as business partner for responsible functions.
• Prepare material and statistical data for management reports.
• Lead the day-to-day HR function of the Institute.
