Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a senior HR leader to strengthen the Group HR function and own the people agenda across the organisation. The role involves strategic and operational leadership, close collaboration with senior management, and responsibility for aligning HR policies with diverse markets.

The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, organisational development, and talent initiatives while shaping a scalable HR framework to support the group’s growth across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles.
• Experience across multiple countries or regions in international organisations.
• Track record building or transforming HR functions in growing businesses.
• Broad HR coverage: workforce planning, OD, talent, performance, compensation & benefits.
• Experience partnering with C-level executives and senior management.
• Balance group-wide consistency with local market practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach between strategy and operations.
• Excellent Putonghua; strong English; Cantonese a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, organisational and workforce matters with senior leaders.
• Develop HR framework, policies, processes, governance and structure across the Group.
• Oversee workforce planning, organisation design, succession planning and capability-building.
• Align HR practices with local employment requirements while maintaining group standards.
• Drive culture, engagement and organisational development across markets.
• Lead and develop the HR team with coaching and oversight.
• Provide practical, commercially-focused HR advice to senior management.
• Support transformation initiatives as the business grows across markets.
