Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior HR and Administration Leader in Hong Kong to oversee HR management and administration across the employee lifecycle. The role requires a strong background in HR operations, policy development, and stakeholder partnership to ensure efficient service delivery.

New leaders will drive HR processes, supervise office administration, and manage reporting to regulatory bodies and credit bureaus, with a focus on delivering high-quality HR support and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience in HR management & administration.
• At least 8 years experience with at least 3 years in managerial grade.
• Deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure efficient HR operations.
• Oversee and manage full spectrum of Administration Services.
• Prepare material and statistical data for management reports.
• Lead the day-to-day HR function of the Institute.
• Responsible for handling day-to-day administration of the Trust.
• Prepare and submit reports for regulatory bodies and credit bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HR process improvements and system implementations.
• Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle and partner with stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy for risk assessments and regulatory reporting.
