Marsh in Hong Kong is seeking a senior professional to lead client relationships, account management, and the delivery of health and benefits broking and consulting solutions for a corporate client portfolio. You will act as a senior client contact and trusted advisor, accountable for retention, insurer engagement, service quality, and team performance.

You will guide a team to deliver timely, high-quality advice, oversee renewals, market reviews, and broker negotiations, and ensure compliance

Formación

University degree in a related discipline or equivalent qualifications.
8+ years of solid account management experience in health & benefits, insurance, and/or insurance broking.
Strong client and stakeholder management with ability to build trusted relationships.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams, clients and external partners.
Effective communication and negotiation across teams and insurers.

Responsabilidades

Lead client account management activities for assigned corporate clients, serving as a senior point of contact.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client priorities and service expectations.
Oversee day-to-day service delivery and coordinate account management and internal teams.
Manage policy documentation, plan implementation, claims, billing, eligibility, and renewals.
Set and lead client account strategies including renewal planning and insurer negotiations.
Oversee broking exercises, renewals, RFPs, and market reviews with clear, well-supported recommendations.
Monitor service quality and account performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
