Job summary

You will own a portfolio of HK-based multinationals, act as trusted advisor, and coordinate with project managers and global counterparts to deliver strategic benefit programs.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, development of tools to oversee accounts, and collaboration with sales to win new clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in insurance broking, ideally Health/Life/Disability.
• Ability to cultivate client relationships and manage challenging client demands.
• Strong project management and operational skills with ability to prioritise multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of dynamic, complex clients as the trusted advisor.
• Manage escalations and guide junior team members.
• Collaborate with global counterparts across regions.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve operational and service excellence.
• Support sales to win new multinational clients.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership.
