Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and consulting, seeks a senior client relationship and account leader for health & benefits solutions. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, lead the account management team, and drive renewal strategies, insurer engagement, and service quality.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure governance and compliance, and support business development through tender/RFP activities and market insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related discipline or other qualifications.
• 8+ years of solid account management experience in health & benefits.
• Strong client and stakeholder management with cross-team communication.
• Ability to work with internal teams, clients and external partners.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with team members.
• Practical understanding of insurance broking, renewals and benefits administration.
• Self-initiative and curiosity in health and benefits sector.
• Project management skills with timely milestone delivery and quality.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Lead client account management activities for assigned corporate clients as senior point of contact.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding priorities and service expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery and coordinate account management and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate management of policy docs, plan implementation, claims, billing and renewals.
• Set and lead client account strategies including renewal planning and insurer engagement.
• Oversee broking, renewals, RFPs, and market reviews with robust, well-supported recommendations.
• Monitor service quality and account performance, ensuring standards and deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with processes and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to business development and market growth through tender/RFP support and client expansion.
