Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide client-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Client Servicing & Coordination: support day-to-day service delivery for clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Renewals / Placement / Billing Support: assist renewals, prepare reports, and coordinate quotations and billing.
• Data Preparation & Benefits Analytics: collect, clean, and analyze claims and census data for insights.
• Accuracy, Governance & Filing: ensure data accuracy and proper filing and records management.
• Claims Support: assist with moderately complex claim-related matters and timelines.
