Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC / ITC / Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Some experience in servicing automated / production equipment.
• Computer literate and able to travel overseas on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, install, commission new semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Provide pre and post sales technical support for service and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot process issues and identify root causes for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing on design, quality and performance.
• Provide technical training for customers on setup, operation and maintenance.
• Support revenue growth through spare parts, maintenance and services.
