The role emphasizes P&L oversight, vendor partnerships, and customer-centric experiences, ensuring safety, quality, and scalable operations across our multi-site network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12+ years in progressive operations leadership within a global context.
• Experience overseeing multi-site operations with strong governance and execution.
• Proven P&L ownership across campuses or sites with budget control.
• Track record leading pre-opening readiness and new facility launches.
• Commitment to premium, customer-first service standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead school operations supervision across designated campus clusters with governance standards.
• Drive cost control, vendor optimization, and revenue-enhancement initiatives.
• Oversee pre-opening playbooks ensuring facilities ready for opening dates.
• Standardize operating procedures and enforce QA framework across campuses.
• Manage change and stakeholder alignment between group leadership and sites.
