State Street Corporation is seeking a seasoned Fund Services Manager within the Private Equity Fund Services group to direct day-to-day accounting and administration for client funds. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure.

You will engage with clients and investment professionals, ensure internal controls, review financial work papers, and coordinate audits and tax returns with external firms.

Formación

• University degree in business, math, finance or economics; accounting concentration a plus.
• 8+ years accounting experience, including 2–3 years of supervisory and financial reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day communications with clients and investment professionals; review fund documents and allocations.
• Adhere to internal control procedures; ensure timely client deliverables and perform variance analysis.
• Review partnership agreements, accounting work papers, and prepare tax and financial reports; coordinate audits.
• Demonstrate management skills; supervise accounting staff and assist with training.
• Coordinate onboarding of new business and manage special client projects.
