Job summary

Top Match Talent Solutions Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Fund Accountant / Fund Administrator in Hong Kong to handle fund accounting, administration and transfer agency for investment funds.

You will assist in fund launches, NAV calculations, financial statements, investor services and onboarding, liaising with managers, custodians and regulators. 3-6 years experience, degree in accounting/finance, CPA/ACCA advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund administration, transfer agency or investment operations.
• Experience in NAV calculation, investor services and transfer agency operations.
• CPA, ACCA or other professional qualification is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fund administration/accounting systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle fund accounting, fund administration and transfer agency functions for investment funds and related entities.
• Assist in fund launch and fund setup projects, including account opening, service provider onboarding, operational workflow setup, documentation coordination and fund establishment processes.
• Process investment transactions and maintain accounting records for equities, bonds, funds, derivatives and other financial instruments.
• Prepare NAV calculations, accounting schedules, management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank, custodian and broker reconciliations.
• Handle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements, audit schedules, regulatory filings and tax supporting schedules.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls and distributions.
• Maintain investor registers and fund records.
• Conduct investor onboarding and maintain KYC/AML documentation.
• Prepare investor statements, capital account statements and other investor reporting.
• Liaise with fund managers, investors, custodians, brokers, trustees, auditors and regulatory authorities.
