Job summary

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited is seeking an FP&A professional to support the annual budget for the Hong Kong portfolio, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. You will build and maintain financial models, track KPIs, and support monthly management reporting and performance reviews.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 4–6 years in FP&A or accounting (real estate exposure preferred), strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA progression advantages.
• 4–6 years in FP&A, financial analysis or accounting; real estate exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and performance reporting; bilingual English/Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget for the Hong Kong portfolio, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Track and analyse financial and operational KPIs and support monthly management reporting and performance reviews.
• Assist in developing high-quality management and Board presentation materials.
• Build and maintain financial models to support capital allocation planning and ad hoc analyses.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers to generate business insight for decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the Hong Kong portfolio to ensure timely, accurate inputs and alignment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools and digital solutions.
