Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for a leading local conglomerate in Hong Kong. This high-visibility role drives financial performance, shapes commercial direction, and supports large-scale investment initiatives across a multi-industry environment.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning, develop advanced models, analyze KPIs, oversee Capex and Opex initiatives, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team while enhancing systems and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA required.
• Minimum 8–12 years of FP&A and commercial finance experience, including supervisory or team management experience.
• Proficiency in modern ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to present to and influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning processes across the enterprise and its diverse business units.
• Develop advanced financial models to support corporate strategy, capital allocation, and market expansion initiatives.
• Analyze key business KPIs and operational metrics to drive revenue growth, yield optimization, and overall profitability improvements.
• Oversee Capex investment analysis across large-scale projects, asset upgrades, and portfolio expansion.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive Opex efficiency initiatives across the group.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team while enhancing systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
