Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning. You will develop financial models, analyze labor costs, and partner with HR to optimize workforce spend.

The role requires 8–12 years in FP&A with leadership experience, and travel to China is expected. A strong ERP/FP&A systems background and a track record of driving cost efficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–12 years in FP&A, finance business partnering, or management reporting.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior business partnering role.
• Experience in listed companies, multinationals, or large manufacturers is preferred.
• Experience with FP&A systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Frequent travel to China required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Review spending plans and headcount requirements, validate assumptions, identify cost savings.
• Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify spending trends, risks, opportunities, and support cost efficiency initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and investment appraisals.
• Support ERP, digital transformation, automation, and process improvements.
• Partner with HR and department leaders on headcount planning and workforce management.
• Monitor headcount movements, evaluate hiring requests, and analyze labor cost trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies, financial controls, and budget governance.
• Support audits and promote financial discipline and transparency.
