Henderson Land Development Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to support the leasing portfolio’s financial performance. You will work closely with business units to consolidate revenue and expenses and provide timely reports to management.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least three years in financial reporting, solid Excel modelling skills, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably gained from real estate industry.
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well versed in using Excel for financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Responsabilités

• Assist in monitoring the financial performance of leasing portfolio
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
• Work with business units to prepare budgeting and forecasting plans
• Consolidate revenue & expenses of leasing portfolio and track performance with variance analysis
• Provide support for ad-hoc analyses and reports
