The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, develops financial models, and delivers impactful insights to regional stakeholders, ensuring IFRS and local compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A or financial controlling experience in luxury retail or multinational environments.
• Strong financial modelling, with solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP, Oracle or Anaplan preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Looker is an advantage.
• Data sensitive, commercial, fast-paced and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; translate financial insights into business recommendations.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-term planning for Hong Kong and Macau.
• Partner with retail, marketing and operations teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments and boutique performance.
• Analyse profitability across boutiques, product categories and sales channels, identifying risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models, cash flow projections and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Deliver management reports and performance insights to local and regional stakeholders, ensuring reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, IFRS and local regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 8 years+ FP&A or financial controlling experience, preferably in luxury retail, consumer goods or a multinational environment.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
