Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced Management Accountant/FP&A professional to lead monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting across business units. You will analyze revenue drivers, costs, and profitability while partnering with department heads to optimize margins and ROI.

Experience with BI tools like Tableau/Power BI and strong stakeholder management are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance and a professional credential (CPA/ACCA/CIMA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification required (CPA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Minimum 4 years in management accounting/FP&A in brokerage/financial sector.
• Strong financial modelling and variance analysis skills.
• BI software familiarity (Tableau/Power BI) is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts and executive dashboards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Perform revenue, cost, and profitability variance analysis.
• Partner with department heads on margins, pricing, ROI.
• Support BI tool implementations and automated reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial modelling and feasibility studies.
