Job summary

Our client, a leading luxury retail group, seeks a Manager to oversee financial planning and performance across Hong Kong and Macau. You will partner with local management and commercial teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, evaluating initiatives and boutique performance, and delivering timely, accurate management reports for regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A or financial controlling experience in multinational environments.
• Strong modelling and understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel; SAP, Oracle or Anaplan experience; BI tools an advantage.
• Fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

About the Role

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-term planning for Hong Kong and Macau.
• Partner with retail, marketing and operations teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments and boutique performance.
• Analyse profitability across boutiques, product categories and sales channels, identifying risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models, cash flow projections and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Deliver management reports and performance insights to local and regional stakeholders, ensuring reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, IFRS and local regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 8 years+ FP&A or financial controlling experience, preferably in luxury retail, consumer goods or a multinational environment.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP, Oracle or Anaplan preferred. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or Looker is an advantage.
• Data sensitive, commercial, fast-paced and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into practical business recommendations.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
