Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co in Shanghai is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee all regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and to lead financial analysis for strategic decisions. The role demands strong accounting knowledge and the ability to manage consolidation and cash flow reporting.

You will liaise with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings, review policies, and support ad hoc management projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Holder of CPA qualifications locally (HKICPA) or overseas.
• Over 4 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years post-qualified audit or financial reporting.
• Proficient in PC applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player.

Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, etc.
