Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co. is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and to conduct financial analysis for strategic decisions.

The role includes guiding consolidation, cash flow reporting, and liaising with external auditors for year-end audits and tax filings. Candidates should have a CPA qualification and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines.
• Holder of CPA qualifications locally or overseas (HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA, AICPA, HKICAEW, etc).
• Over 6 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years post-qualified audit or financial reporting experience.
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform financial and business analysis for management to support business decisions.
