Job summary

ACTS Consulting Co in Shanghai is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee all regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and to lead financial analysis for strategic decisions. The role demands strong accounting knowledge and the ability to manage consolidation and cash flow reporting.

You will liaise with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings, review policies, and support ad hoc management projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Holder of CPA qualifications locally (HKICPA) or overseas.
Over 4 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years post-qualified audit or financial reporting.
Proficient in PC applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Perform financial and business analysis for management to support business decisions.
Guide and review consolidation and cash flow reports.
Liaise with external auditors for annual auditing, tax filing and other compliance requirement.
Review and develop financial policies and procedures regularly.
Assist in ad hoc assignment as assigned from time to time from management.
