Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (Group Consolidation) to lead the consolidation process and reporting functions. The role requires close collaboration with external and internal auditors and a strong focus on process automation within the close cycle.

Candidates should have a solid track record in financial reporting, US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and prior managerial experience guiding senior and staff accountants. Strong presentation and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• HKICPA or CPAA qualification required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of total accounting and financial reporting experience.
• At least 3 years of direct managerial experience (Manager grade or above).
• Big 4 public accounting audit experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS standards, consolidated financial reporting, and intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems and consolidated reporting platforms.
• Excellent executive presentation abilities and strong analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and disclosure packages.
• Act as primary liaison for auditors, directing year-end audit processes and resolving audit inquiries.
• Direct and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants.
• Drive process automation and efficiency across the close cycle with IT and Operations to optimize ERP and reporting tools.
• Deliver executive-level summaries, balance sheet variance analyses, and working capital insights.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
