Job summary

Reap, a Hong Kong-based fintech company, seeks a senior finance leader to own group reporting and consolidation for multiple entities. You will supervise the reporting team, manage intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and tiered consolidation, while driving close processes and policy consistency across jurisdictions.

You will guide statutory/regulatory filings, coordinate with external advisors, and push process automation to scale the function as the business expands globally.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA (or equivalent) with 7–10+ years in financial reporting and group consolidation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to set group policy for consolidation.
• Experience mentoring finance staff and leading multi-entity teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reporting and consolidation across entities and business lines.
• Lead and develop the reporting team (Finance Managers / Senior Financial Analysts).
• Own intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and tiered consolidation structures.
• Drive month-end/quarter-end close calendars and improve close efficiency.
• Ensure consistency of group accounting policies and reporting templates across jurisdictions.
• Automate consolidation steps and enhance intercompany reconciliation using data tooling.
• Prepare consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and segment analysis with insights.
