Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to design and implement integrated AV-IT solutions at Taikoo Place. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical team, oversee MEP systems, and coordinate with different groups to ensure safe, compliant daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a Engineering degree or higher, 10+ years in property management, and 5+ years building maintenance at a managerial level; MHKIE/MCIBSE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV systems management at a managerial level.
• 10+ years in property management is required.
• 5+ years building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Degree in building services engineering or related discipline.

Job description

• Design and implement integrated AV-IT solutions
• Higher Diploma or above holder, major in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managerial level in AV systems integration
• 10 yrs of exp. in property management field is a must; MHKIE/ MCIBSE preferred
• 5+ years building maintenance experience
• Familiar with Mandatory Building Inspection & Fire improvement requirements
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems
• Provide technical support and coordinating with different teams in Taikoo Place
• Manage a team of multi-disciplinary technical staff
• Play a key role in shaping the performance and future readiness of Taikoo Place
• Large Scale Office + Industrial Mixed Use Complex daily repair & maintenance
• Manage the MEP system technical service and maintenance operations
• Oversee the inspection and maintenance of all mechanical
