Job summary

Link REIT in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Officer - Repair & Maintenance to oversee maintenance across shopping centres, wet markets and carparks. You will supervise progress, address technical issues, and help safeguard asset value through efficient renovations.

The role requires a Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies or Surveying, at least four years of relevant experience, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Higher Certificate or above in Building Studies, Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in property development, consultancy or management.
• Good knowledge in facility and maintenance works.
• Self-driven, customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT related facilities management platforms and planning software.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor maintenance of shopping centres, wet markets and carparks.
• Address and solve technical problems in an effective and efficient way.
• Enhance asset value by implementing improvement and renovation works.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating contractor performance.
• Deal with contractors and tenants in facility and maintenance management issues.
