Job summary

Sino Property Services in Hong Kong is seeking a diligent maintenance professional to manage day-to-day building maintenance and facilities operations for commercial properties. You will supervise repairs, coordinate renovation work, and oversee improvement projects to maintain high safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or higher diploma with relevant building services experience, strong communication in English and Chinese, and solid PC skills.

Qualifications

• Degree with 3 years or Higher Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial buildings
• Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings
• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC operations
