Fulum-Management-Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced F&B General Manager to lead dining venues across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and operational oversight to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in catering/F&B management, fluent English and Chinese, and a track record of developing high-performing teams within hotel or restaurant settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 yrs of exp in hotels / western restaurant
• Experience in annual budgeting, multi-site management is preferred
• 10 yr+ management experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of dining venues to ensure smooth service flow
• Oversee and develop the entire Food & Beverage and Culinary team
• Managing key on-trade/general trade accounts
