Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 147 years. The Kuk provides multifaceted and quality social, educational, youth, recreational, cultural services and medical and integrated health services to all ages in the community through its over 300 service units. It attends to more than 2,700,000 visits for services per year in the past 3 years with about 45,000 students of its affiliated schools. (Senior) Executive, Event Marketing

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and implementation of fundraising programmes, events, and network‑building initiatives.

Manage fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, drafting appeals, speeches, press releases, social media content, features, correspondences, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and produce high‑quality promotional and publicity materials (print and digital), from content creation to production.

Input and maintain donor database information accurately.

Perform post‑event follow‑up tasks, including reporting and donor stewardship.

Liaise with donors and corporations to explore sponsorship opportunities.

Prepare fundraising proposals and communication materials.

Explore and manage regular donation channels to provide stable income for the Kuk’s charitable services; monitor and maintain donation platforms regularly.

Handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

(Senior Executive): Take lead responsibility for managing fundraising events within deadlines and critical dates, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

A recognized degree in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines;

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience for Executive position, preferably in fundraising, marketing communications, or event management. Candidates with 5 years’ relevant experience will be considered as the Senior Executive position.

Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

Mature, meticulous and an efficient, motivated self-starter;

Good multi‑tasking skills to meet deadlines;

Willingness to work evenings on weekdays and occasionally on weekends;

Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
