Job summary

Binance is seeking a Software Engineer - Blockchain Security to help safeguard blockchain projects across BNB Smart Chain and other chains. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure architectures, deliver reliable APIs, and improve system performance in a high-velocity, crypto-driven environment.

This role emphasizes security, scalability, and collaboration, with a remote-first policy and global impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
4–5 years of full stack development; crypto/security preferred 2–3 years.
Proficient in Java, Python, or Go; strong CS fundamentals.
Experience with distributed systems, caching, messaging.
Ability to design scalable, high-availability systems.
Strong communication and learning ability.

Responsibilities

Plan and design security-related products and core frameworks.
Define architecture standards and maintain infrastructure; develop tools for automation and productivity.
Engage with stakeholders to define APIs for client delivery and maintain customer relationships.
Identify and resolve issues in backend systems for performance and stability.
Tune performance, troubleshoot incidents, and refactor to maximize speed and scale.
Build libraries and frameworks for internal client use, accelerating development.
