Job summary

Binance is seeking a Senior Backend Trading Product Manager in Hong Kong to drive the product direction for trading systems. You will collaborate with trading engineers to translate complex market needs into scalable solutions and oversee the full lifecycle from planning to release.

The ideal candidate has a technical or quantitative background, deep knowledge of derivatives and risk concepts, and strong analytical skills. Mandarin is preferred for coordinating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options.
Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
Ability to translate trading logics and risk methods into product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
Improve core systems like matching engine, risk engines, pricing models for derivatives products including but not limited to Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts etc.
Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex trading needs into technical solutions.
Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
Monitor backend performance and fix issues before they impact users.
Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.
