Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in tech/fintech/blockchain.
• Strong background or hands-on experience with AML and Transaction Monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively.
• Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a global team to design and develop a platform that provides world class Compliance tools that is compliant and able to provide best user experience and meet regulatory requirements.
• Review the business requirements and create a PRD to ensure the project is executed on schedule to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with Engineers/Designers and internal stakeholders like Compliance and Customer Service to ensure the products offer the greatest value are prioritized.
• Track and analyze key metrics to solve issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Refine workflow design to ensure the system is intuitive for seamless operation and drive efficiencies and user experience.
• Support Regional/Global Heads and coordinate the implementation of product with different stakeholders.
• Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders.
