Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own the Crypto.com App's trading products end-to-end in Hong Kong. You will define the roadmap for perpetuals, spot and adjacent markets, collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers and cross-functional teammates to ship high-impact features.

You will drive specs, run user studies, and ensure releases are signed off by you. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and fast iteration at crypto scale.

Qualifications

• Crypto and/or perpetuals experience in shipping trading products at scale.
• Data-informed decision making and user-centric prioritization.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trading roadmap with milestones and clear priorities.
• Define and ship trading experiences; write specs and validate with user studies.
• Interviews traders and observes behavior to inform feature decisions.
• Weigh speed vs. depth and balance compliance with product ambition.
• Conduct market and competitive research to guide the roadmap.
• Represent Trading across Eng, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, Growth.
