Job summary

Sino Estates Management Ltd is seeking a capable candidate to manage day-to-day building maintenance services and oversee facilities maintenance and repairs for commercial properties in Hong Kong. You will also undertake improvement projects to enhance property value and operations.

The role requires a degree or higher diploma with substantial relevant experience, strong communication in English and Chinese, and familiarity with PC operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services with 4 years of experience or Higher Diploma in Building Operations with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Solid experience in building services and related work, including renovation and fit-out of commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication.
• Knowledge of PC operations and basic computer skills.

Requirements:

Degree with 4 years or Higher Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial buildings

Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings

Good communication in both English and Chinese

Knowledge of PC operations

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Engineer / Assistant Engineer
