The role requires a degree with 4 years of experience or a Higher Diploma with 6 years in Building Surveying, Building Services or related fields, plus fluency in English and Chinese and Proficiency with PC operations. Full-time position in Kowloon Bay.

Qualifications

• Degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Higher Diploma with 6 years in Building Surveying/Building Services/Electrical/building operations and maintenance
• Experience in building services and renovation/ fitting-out of commercial buildings
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC operations
