Microchip USA in Hong Kong is seeking an International Sourcing Specialist to unlock inventory outside Mainland China, focusing on Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Korea. You will identify open-market sources, negotiate prices, and coordinate with international forwarders and our Hong Kong warehouse to ensure timely, compliant shipments. Strong English and Mandarin skills and 1–3 years of sourcing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on sourcing in electronics distribution or semiconductor supply chain.
• Proficient with global trading platforms like NetComponents and Broker Forum.
• Knowledge of major manufacturers and reading datasheets.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Putonghua) required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Global supply channel scouting outside Mainland China, focusing on Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Korea.
• Fast-paced spot sourcing to meet high-margin RFQs.
• Aggressive price negotiation with global suppliers.
• Coordinate logistics with forwarders and HK warehouse, understand Ex-works and FCA.
• Risk mitigation and counterfeit prevention with vendor screening.
