Cidev Electronics (H.K.) Limited is seeking a dynamic Electronic Components Sales Manager to expand sales of passive and active components, including ICs, MLCCs, memory, and PCB assembly, with strong connections to buyers and decision makers.

The role covers sales strategy execution, account management, market research, and international shipments. Located in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, with travel as needed to meet clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer facing sales, preferably in electronic components distribution, or suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of passive and active components (resistors, capacitors, semiconductors, sensors, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environments.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with EMS and OEM in the electronic components industry; understanding of IoT, automotive electronics, consumer electronics, and industrial automation. Knowledge of logistics for shipments.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in electronic components.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and supplier.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor.
• Handle other tasks assigned by management.
• Prepare and logistic for domestic and international shipments.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, and terms with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
• Travel as required for client meetings and industry events and exhibition.
