Job summary

BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Partnerships Lead to drive expansion of healthcare and elderly care ecosystems across Hong Kong and Mainland China. You will lead a team to scout partners, design integrated service models and scale offerings to enhance customer value.

The role requires deep experience in cross-border collaborations, deal structuring and strategic alliances within regulated environments, coupled with strong leadership and bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in business development, strategic alliances or partnerships in healthcare/elderly care/wellness.
• Proven cross-border commercial initiatives between Hong Kong and Mainland China (Greater Bay Area preferred).
• Strong end-to-end deal sourcing, contract negotiation and partner integration capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred.

Job description

You will be reporting to Head of Ecosystem Innovation to assist the Company to drive ecosystem product and service expansion in line with the Company's overarching strategy, focusing on both local and cross-border healthcare and elderly care services. The role entails leading a team to conduct market intelligence, source and integrate suitable partners or technologies, and broaden service offerings within the ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to formulate and execute strategies for the senior care and healthcare ecosystems development, ensuring alignment with Company's vision and mission.
• Lead the design, launch and scaling of integrated service models across local and cross-border corridors, broadening ecosystem touchpoints and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard key external partners - e.g. healthcare providers, senior living operators, wellness institutions and specialized service networks, both Hong Kong and China - to enrich the ecosystem's overall value proposition.
• Scan the market for relevant HealthTech, AgeTech and digital platform capabilities; lead pilot evaluations and integrate suitable technologies to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor benchmarking, and cross-border regulatory analyses to capture emerging industry trends and uncover new commercial opportunities.
• Engage and communicate with agency and channels to foster partnerships and enhance ecosystem integration, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving growth opportunities through customer engagement and initiatives.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in business development, strategic alliances, partnership in healthcare/ elderly care/ hospitality/ wellness industries.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing or managing cross-border commercial initiatives and partnership frameworks across Hong Kong and Mainland China (Greater Bay Area is highly preferred)
• Experience working in diverse cultural and regulatory environments, with the ability to bridge gaps and foster collaboration between stakeholders in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Strong end-to-end deal sourcing, commercial structuring, contract negotiation and partner integration capabilities.
• Excellent in leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is highly preferred.
