Omni Group Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Director, Wellness Strategy & Development to lead the design, development, and execution of a premium wellness ecosystem for HNW and UHNW clients. You will drive the wellness strategy, manage a premium wellness centre, build strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing team across cross-functional units in a fast-paced luxury services environment.

Our client is a MNC (insurance sector) now seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director, Wellness Strategy & Development to lead the design, development, and execution of a premium wellness ecosystem tailored for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Wellness Strategy & Business Development
Develop and drive the wellness strategy for HNW and UHNW customer segments.
Define long-term development roadmap and growth strategy for wellness initiatives.
Identify emerging wellness, preventive healthcare, and longevity trends to enhance customer propositions.
Evaluate customer insights, operational data, and financial performance to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, wellness experts, and industry leaders.
2) Wellness Centre Management
Lead the overall operation and performance of a premium wellness centre, including service excellence, customer experience, compliance, and financial management.
Oversee centre P&L, budget planning, KPI management, and business performance reporting.
Ensure operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards are consistently met.
Develop and enhance operating models, service offerings, and membership structures to support sustainable growth.
Monitor service providers and external partners to ensure delivery quality and operational efficiency.
Position wellness offerings as a key differentiator within the premium customer proposition.
Design and implement customer engagement, awareness, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with distribution, business development, training, and marketing teams to drive customer participation and adoption.
Develop wellness events, educational programs, and exclusive member experiences for affluent customers.
Build thought leadership in wellness and longevity through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
4) Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, external partners, and service providers to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Establish governance frameworks, operational policies, and performance management processes.
Key Requirements:
Degree holder in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Wellness, Hospitality Management, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, luxury service, medical, or related industries.
Proven experience in strategy development, business transformation, operations management, or customer experience management.
Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partnerships.
Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
Passion for wellness, preventive healthcare, healthspan innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
