Job summary

STYLEVANA is an eCommerce brand expanding its beauty business worldwide. We seek a motivated Marketing Specialist to lead a small team and drive online growth across our sites. You will plan eCommerce strategies, optimize SEM campaigns, and analyze market trends to maximize ROI and sales.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of eCommerce experience with Google Ads and GA4, strong reporting skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese. HK-based role with supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related field.
• 2-3 years hands-on eCommerce experience with Google Ads and GA4.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEM.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Ads, and advanced reporting in Sheets/Excel.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Lead a compact team of up to three members to meet KPIs.
• Provide eCommerce strategies and plans to grow ROI and revenue.
• Monitor market trends and customer behavior for campaign insights.
• Manage SEM accounts and optimize Google/Bing campaigns to meet ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and customer service for campaign execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and pricing data.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior Manager/Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead compact team of up to three members to meet business KPIs to reach company goals
• Provide e-commerce strategies and plan to meet the company growth target and maximize ROI
• Monitor and analyze market trends and customer behavior to provide tactical responses and campaign-level insights
• Manage SEM ad accounts, create and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic, and to meet sales and ROAS targets
• Liaise with marketing, merchandising, and customer service to ensure smooth campaign execution and customer experience on website
• Maintain SOPs for tasks, campaigns, and reporting to ensure consistency
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, pricing and SEM campaign effectiveness
• Handle ad hoc tasks and perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager/ Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• 2-3 years hands-on eCommerce experience, with exposure to Google Ads and GA4
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEM
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, and advanced Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with different departments and stakeholders
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
