- Support e-commerce campaign planning and execution - contributing to campaign concept development, onsite merchandising, promotional messaging, campaign setup and cross-functional coordination to deliver a compelling and consistent digital campaign experience
- Analyse and report on campaign performance using sales, traffic, conversion and customer behaviour data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify actionable insights and recommend opportunities for optimisation
- Monitor competitor activities, e-commerce trends and digital best practices - proactively suggesting new campaign ideas, onsite enhancements and test-and-learn opportunities to improve customer engagement and the online shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and support essential operational and administrative processes, including quotation and invoice coordination, to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
