Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in enterprise IT infrastructure and cross-border network projects.

• Experience with proposal drafting, project governance, and cross-party engagement.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese for cross-border meetings.

Job description

Analyse internal and external financial business requirements, design end-to-end fintech technical solutions based on cross-border WAN, data centre infrastructure and cybersecurity architecture; deliver technical proposals, architecture design and implementation roadmaps.

Manage full lifecycle of fintech projects, including solution review, deployment, acceptance and handover to operation teams; coordinate network, security and business stakeholders for on-time delivery.

Conduct technical engagement with counterparties and partner institutions; present IT solutions, assess clients' existing network and system environment, align project scope and implementation terms.

Lead the solution team, establish standard proposal templates and project governance framework; control project budget and manage third-party technology vendors.

Keep abreast of Hong Kong financial sector IT and cybersecurity regulatory requirements; ensure all technical solutions comply with relevant compliance standards.

Collaborate with front-office business teams to translate business demands into deliverable technical plans; identify infrastructure risks and propose optimisation measures.

Monitor industry trends in fintech infrastructure and cross-border networking, provide professional recommendations for the Group’s long-term network and digital upgrade roadmap.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Networking, Information Technology or relevant disciplines (verifiable via China Higher Education Student Information Network).

Minimum 10 years solid experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cross-border network projects and technical solution delivery, with at least 5 years team leadership experience.

Solid knowledge of corporate WAN, SD-WAN, cybersecurity and data centre infrastructure.

Proven track record in proposal drafting, project governance and cross-party technical engagement.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese for cross-border meetings.

Capable of budget administration, team management and vendor coordination.
