Job summary

ARTA TechFin Corporation Limited seeks a senior IT infrastructure and network architect to lead cross-border fintech projects in Hong Kong. Design end-to-end solutions across WAN, data centres and cybersecurity, with regulatory-aligned roadmaps.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in enterprise IT infrastructure and cross-border network projects.
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of WAN, SD-WAN, cybersecurity and data centre infrastructure.
• Experience with proposal drafting, project governance, and cross-party engagement.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese for cross-border meetings.
• Budget administration, team management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyse internal and external financial requirements; design end-to-end fintech technical solutions.
• Deliver technical proposals, architecture design and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage full lifecycle of fintech projects; coordinate stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Lead the solution team and establish governance framework.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with front-office teams to translate business demands into technical plans.
