Job summary

PCCW Services Limited seeks a Senior / Project Manager / Project Management Officer to establish and embed delivery plans across workstreams within the eMPF Platform programme. You will manage plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets while coordinating tech, operations and vendor partners, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and driving delivery through the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience in project management: senior 8+ yrs / manager 4+ yrs / officer 2+ yrs.
• Experience in digital transformation and MPF/pension operations is a plus.
• Experience delivering digital projects end-to-end, high complexity, incl. testing & implementation.
• Vendor management on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed delivery plans for one or more workstreams.
• Cover progress updates, plan management, dependency and risk management, and budget control.
• Coordinate across technology, process design, operations, vendor management and commercial streams.
• Ensure timely and effective communication across programme work streams and stakeholders.
• Drive, monitor and report plan delivery across project lifecycle.
• Manage indirect delivery teams including third-party suppliers.
