Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead onboarding experiences and own the Consumer Banking product roadmap. You will drive digital acquisition for new-to-bank customers, oversee AI-enabled O2O CRM initiatives, and ensure data-driven decision making across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Digital Banking with Agile PM/PO experience.
• Strong data-driven mindset with customer insights across onshore/offshore
• Experience in Digital Onboarding and Customer Acquisition is advantageous
• AI knowledge is advantageous
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
• Creative thinker with curiosity to drive innovation and business value
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team
• Solid problem-solving skills and risk-aware delivery
• Familiarity with UX design concepts and analytics tools is helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead as Digital Product Manager to deliver onboarding experiences and manage the Consumer Banking product roadmap.
• Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies for NTB customers across segments.
• Drive O2O CRM platform with AI-enabled, data-driven customer journeys.
• Oversee data analytics, reporting, and monthly data research to derive insights.
• Analyze offshore customer acquisition behaviors (e.g., Greater Bay Area) and implement initiatives.
• Oversee post-implementation tasks including training, incident investigations, and reviews.
• Champion digital transformation and new technologies while managing metrics, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Utilize control tower to monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Foster a purpose-driven, collaborative and engaging team culture.
