Job summary

DBS Consumer Banking Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Digital Project Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of consumer banking projects. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, COO, Legal & Compliance and Customer Support to ensure aligned, compliant solutions.

The role requires university degree, knowledge of agile methods, strong stakeholder management, risk awareness and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• University degree (required).
• Preferable in Consumer Banking / digital project delivery knowledge.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management lifecycle in banking/regulatory contexts.
• Ability to translate ideas into actionable plans leveraging change management.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects through requirements, testing, implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital banking projects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, COO, Legal & Compliance and Customer Support.
• Lead and manage UAT to ensure system behavior matches design.
• Review solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and regulatory needs.
• Ensure all developments and rollouts comply with risk and regulatory clearances.
• Oversee pre/post-implementation tasks including requirements, testing, launch and verification.
• Provide regular stakeholder reviews on enhancements, initiatives and progress.
• Manage production incidents within SLA and drive issue closure.
• Plan, track and deliver projects within budget and schedule per the digital roadmap.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and manage risks and deliverables.
