AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, process mapping and user journey design in collaboration with product owners, UI/UX and IT teams. The role emphasizes end-to-end flows, analytics alignment and acceptance criteria within a dynamic digital environment.

You will participate in Scrum ceremonies, support UAT, testing and documentation, and contribute to BAU activities across eCommerce and Digital Partnership platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines.
