Job summary

Blue Cross in Hong Kong is seeking a results-driven digital marketing and partnerships professional to lead distribution sales, formulate business plans, and run campaigns with a focus on digital channels and affinity partners.

You will onboard new partners, manage existing relationships, analyze data to improve the sales funnel, leverage AI for content and testing, and contribute to product development and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing/insurers.
• Experience with SEM, paid social and programmatic campaigns.
• Strong CRO and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets for personal and commercial lines through Digital & Affinity Partner channels.
• Formulate business plans and marketing campaigns; drive digital marketing initiatives.
• Onboard new partners and manage relationships with existing partners.
• Negotiate terms with business partners and internal teams (Legal & Compliance).
• Leverage data analytics to optimize sales funnel and conversion rates.
• Manage Loyalty Club marketing deliverables to grow customer engagement.
