Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 10+ years of marketing experience in digital and performance marketing
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
• Experience in digital marketing for lead generation and e-commerce
• Growth mindset with flexibility across channels
• Strong data analytics using surveys, web analytics and segmentation
• Familiar with social media ecosystems and content optimization
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across digital and social channels
• Coordinate with Business Development, Product, CS, and other teams to drive goals
• Lead digital growth and performance marketing plans (SEO, social, events, partnerships)
• Plan and optimize digital ad spend for efficiency
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to achieve marketing excellence
• Monitor budgets and platform performance; report insights
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and business conduct requirements
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative culture
• Drive customer-centric experiences and data-driven funnel improvements
